Create a folder called images/gallery/ in your website files

Name your photos clearly: sports-day-2025.jpg, republic-day.jpg etc.

Resize photos to max 1200px wide before uploading (use free tools like Squoosh.app)

Replace placeholder divs in gallery.html with: <img src="images/gallery/photo.jpg" alt="Description">

Upload the updated files to GitHub — Cloudflare Pages auto-deploys within 2 minutes
